Celebrating our valued customers: A Solar and Storage thank you

At Callidus Wholesale, we are incredibly grateful for the enthusiastic response we received at the recent Solar and Storage Live event. We extend our heartfelt thanks to both our new and existing customers who took the time to visit our stand and engage with us. As a 7 month old business it comfortably surpassed our expectations and indeed our dreams. 

The phenomenal interest we witnessed at the event was a testament to our unwavering commitment to putting our customers at the center of our business. Our mantra of "Solar done right, Service done better" is a simple mission statement based on our drive in bringing the best standard of service in PV distribution.

Our journey is guided by a simple yet powerful mission – to provide end to end, sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions while always prioritizing our customers. At Callidus Wholesale, we believe that you deserve more than just a product or service; you deserve an experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

This has never been more important than now where there are many hundreds, if not thousands, new installers joining the MCS register every month. We are not an online portal; we are your designer, your surveyor, your technical helpline, or even your confidant as you acclimatise to this market. Even if you are an experienced installer we are here to make your lives simpler; one phone call, and an order is dispatched next day, or one email and a bespoke quote done in half an hour. 

We are emboldened in this mission as without the influx of new installers the goal of energy independence, and therefore energy security, will be beyond most people and with all the worldwide instability this would be an enormous own-goal.

Helping more electricians, heating engineers, HVAC engineers, and existing Solar PV engineers adapt and feel supported in this market is why we exist; becaused without you there is no energy security, no energy independence, and no greener, cleaner economy.

Whilst we have a webshop we enjoy doing business over the phone, and on emails the wholesale industry is, after all, a people business!

We are here to support you throughout your time as a customer of ours with product training; from industry heavy weights such as Ecoflow, the Apple of Solar or GIVEnergy; the UK's leading ESS brand and a stand out technological marvel to be proud of, or Q Cells Europes leading PV module brand whom X Ray and finger print every single module for end to end support purposes, or even Victron Energy; products designed to keep the power on however bad the Grid, or the weather is. We employ people to man a technical support desk where we troubleshoot problems with our customers. 

3. Innovation: We constantly invest in research and development to stay at the forefront of the industry. By embracing the latest technologies and trends, we can provide you with cutting-edge solutions that are both efficient and sustainable. 4. Transparency: We believe in honest and transparent communication and especially around price. We heard a constant refrain from contractors about dishonest pricing tactics from a certain competitor . We reject that vehemently and as founders whom worked with toxic pricing strategies like this previously, we know how wrong this is.
