GSE Integration BOTTOM WATERPROOFING STRIP - FLEXALU (5Mx500MM)

The 500 mm Flexalu waterproofing strip is recommended for use with all types of roof tiles, except slate, when paired with the GSE in-roof mounting system. For slate roofs or direct gutter connections, the 330 mm version is more appropriate.

Flexalu is a lead-free roof flashing solution, designed as a replacement for traditional lead in all roofing applications. It is compatible with most roof profiles and types, including tiles, metal, and polycarbonate. Easy to install without the need for specialized tools, Flexalu helps reduce both time and labor costs.

Installation Note: The wider adhesive strip should be applied at the bottom to ensure a stronger bond with the roofing tiles. The narrower adhesive band attaches to a wooden batten under the GSE trays, with at least 150 mm extending beneath the tray.
